Yes, It Will Be OK Again

Losing a loved one to suicide is painful on many levels. Trying to grasp the depths of their feelings can be overwhelming. One of the first steps we can take toward healing is to talk more openly and honestly about mental health, in all its different aspects.

How we can support you

We curate events to give survivors the tools and support they need to move forward on their path of hope. We’d be honored for you to attend one.

Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR)

QPR (Question, Persuade, and Refer) Gatekeeper Training for Suicide Prevention is a 1-hour educational, evidence-based program designed to teach lay and professional “gatekeepers” the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to respond. Gatekeepers can include anyone who is strategically positioned to recognize and refer someone at risk of suicide. The process follows three steps:

  1. Question the individual’s desire or intent regarding suicide
  2. Persuade the person to stay alive, seek and accept help
  3. Refer the person to appropriate resources
